INTERNAL DYNAMIC FORCES IN PLANETARY GEARS

Internal dynamic forces in planetary gears are the consequence of changeable elastic deformations of coupled teeth, vibrations of gearing parts and deviations of teeth geometry due to teeth wear and manufacture defects.The determination of elastic deformations of teeth in internal and external gears is considered, allowing the definition of the time function of this deformation change, including the effect of geometry deviation. This function serves as an excitation of planetary gear vibrations simulated on a PC, using the MAT-LAB program package and a developed equation system for the equivalent mechanical model.The simulations resulted in time functions of change of internal dynamic forces in teeth couplings.
