THEORETICAL BASED AND PROGRAM SOLUTION OF EVOLUTION STRATEGIES APPLIED IN THE OPTIMIZATION OF OPTICAL SYSTEMS

Theoretical bases and program solution for several methods of evolution strategies (binomial evolution strategy – EVOL variant, polynomial evolution strategies – GROUP, REKO and KORR variants) have been applied in the optimization of optical systems. The algorithm of evolution strategies is based on the analogy with the theory of evolution. Necessary adaptations of the mentioned methods for the needs of optical systems optimization have been described. All methods have been built in a program for the complete design of optical systems (APOS) and their flow charts have been given as well.
