Abstract: This paperwork describes different devices which can support the first and most sensitive phase of flight training. These devices include Learning Management Systems, Computer Based Training concept, commercial available flight training devices and so called Other Training Devices. As a result of this research, the possible model for the Serbian Air Force is proposed. It also offers a cost effective solution for small budgeted training units and organizations.
