Abstract: We describe a system that monitors changes in ubiquitous WLAN signals to detect an intrusion, i.e. determine whether the area of interest is empty or not, and demonstrate its feasibility. To the best of our knowledge, this system is the first of its kind in Serbia.

Keywords: Channel state information, IEEE 802.11n, intrusion detection, WiFi, WLAN.
