INTRODUCTION OF CONTROLLING IN THE ENTERPRISES OF SERBIAN DEFENSIVE INDUSTRY

Abstract: The financial and economical crisis which lasted since 2008, brought to instability of transacting business on the global level,the investments are significant decreased and unemployment are increased farther away. Meanwhile, it doesn't do the significant influence on the downfall of  the economical activities in the military industry what demonstrates the meritorious exploration of  international institute SIPRI [1]. Dynamic economical changes on the global level are reflected on the military industry where is more and more affirmed the concept og direction by changes in the enterprises whereby controlling has very noticed role. The controlling has presented today,one of  the most  significant managerial functions for the solution concret problems of  accommodation enterprises to economical changes. Aim of this elaboration: It is the presentation with an essence and importance of  controlling,history of  its development, application  in the world and possibilities of  implement  in our conditions and before all in the enterprises of defensive industry in Serbia (in the farther text DIS-Defensive Industry of Serbia).

Object of exploration: An analysis of elementary settings Controlling concept  through its essential elements and their application in the enterprises DIS, with retrospection on the management experiences of Holding Company 'Krušik', Valjevo.The methodology of exploration encircled the analysis and synthesis methods of  inducative conclusions. The application of the rigid legal regulation in the area of outer trade,products and services of military industry as domestic so as international,presents a factor of limitation which must be taken into cosideration on occasion defining strategic and operative plans of enterprises because those business belong to the primary tasks of  controlling. Also,it demands an ordered estimate of risk..
