OPEN SOURCE UAV IN MANET COMBAT ENVIRONMENT

Abstract: This paper proposes a new usage and network design concept of Unmanned Flying Aircrafts (UAV) in Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) environment that is capable to improve the level of open source technology application in modern conflicts. The result of this research indicates that by decreasing a cost of each drone it can be possible to change their function to a one-time usage. Is such a way, their military purpose can be enhanced by increasing the number of UAV in a swarm structure. This design concept can reduce the number of possible types of security attacks on MANET.
