Abstract: Subject of this paper is development of program for remote control of radio receiver. For the experiment, AOR5000 radio receiver was used. Matlab program was used for creating graphical user interface and program functionality. Python programming language was used for modules that implement transfer of audio data between two remote computers. Simple spectrum display window is also available for the purpose of gaining visual overview of signal.
