Abstract:  Pulsed rocket engines (hereafter: RM), who used for drive two base rocket propellant (hereafter: referred to as propellant), in some missile systems the propellant is in the form of beam tubes which are glued to aluminium rails (pins). Glued joints during work RM suffered extreme load, temperature and pressure. The load on the glued joint is the result of rapid acceleration in its missile firing, which causes the appearance of inertial forces that are 2,000 times greater than the weight of a tube. The process of degradation under the influence of heat and constant dynamic stress very weak connection. Possible separation of the carrier tube and their relegation from the RM, may lead to improper function in the work of RM, and to face serious injury shooter. This paper examined the different qualities of adhesion system (adhesive / primer) and glued a combination propellant / aluminium carrier, before and after treatment at low and high temperature, adhesion to choose a system that can provide reliable operation of the RM.
