Abstract: Organization management with a view to simultaneous fulfillment of several various interests is achieved by the integrated management system (IMS). The paper gives the approach to possible integration of various information in the integrated management system, with constructed architecture of such system. Within the context of interoperability the importance of standards was pointed out, which have the key role in connecting of various processes, in providing the required level of communication and joint operation. The most important characteristics of information in the IMS are presented, as well as the most important attributes which are used in their identification and in following their flow through realization of heterogeneous processes of such system
