TRAINING DEVICES AND FLIGHT SIMULATORS VARIANTS OF APPLICATION IN PILOTS TRAINING ON THE AIRCRAFT LASTA

Abstract: The application of the training devices and flight simulators has been inevitable in the process of pilot training for decades. Owing to advances in various technologies, especially information technologies, the significant progress in the development of trainer and simulators and other similar devices has been achieved on daily bases, which greatly contributes to the acceptance of new knowledge and skills at all levels of flight training. The application of interactive software, training devices and flight simulators will be necessary, too, in the process of training pilots on the aircraft Lasta, whose acquirement in Serbian air force inventory is expected in the near future. This paper discusses the potential variants of application of different training devices and flight simulators.
