JUSTIFICATION AND EXPLOITATION OF THE POSSIBILITY OF MILITARY ACADEMY RESTAURANT TO APPLICATIONS CATERING

Abstract: During the professionalization of the Army of Serbia took place in qualitative and quantitative changes in the personnel structure of which has led to a reduction in strength of its members. In most restaurants the Serbian Army, lead to the development infarstrukturnog and organizational capacity for ballast in the preparation and distribution of food feeding system that makes it unprofitable cadets.

This imbalance is also noticeable in the restaurant facilities of the Military Academy. The constructed facilities are designed to allow the preparation and distribution of 40% more meals than you need, as in the economic context of looking at unnecessary financial burden on the limited amount of funds that are allocated for this purpose. In terms of meeting the economic principles can reduce or completely eliminate the negative effects of employing excess capacity or finding alternative ways to make the function of nutrition at the Military Academy implemented in a more rational way, and the existing capacity of dedicated use, which would justify the exploitation of resources.
