Abstract: This paper presents numerical software of temperature field calculation of the cell in form of plan parallel plate of tested material which has periodical structure of defects with known dimensions. Physical model and algorithm are developed and computer program for simulation is written in MATLAB R2008a. 2D temperature field on the surface of tested material in the direction of light pulse heating for different values of absorption coefficient and different widths and depths of defect is achieved as result.
