DEVELOPMENT AND PRINCIPLES OF THEORY AND PRACTICE IN QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL

The field of quality, both in theory and practice, shows constant and intensive growth. Available literature and the author’s personal experience served as a basis for presenting theory and practice fundamentals in quality assurance and control together with the most important information and explanations concerning this wide and significant field. The most important, of ten very specific, terms and procedures are described. Development of quality theory and practice is presented as well as the most recent approaches to quality assurance and control. The information given here can serve as a basis for further and more detailed study of this field and the application in practice.
