METHOD OF ANALYTICAL DEFINITION OF RESISTANCE COEFFICIENTS AND RESISTANCE OF SIMILAR PNEUMATIC VALVES

The mathematical statistics was applied to define the algorithm of mathematical modeling of aerodynamic characteristics of pneumatic valves, model compatibility evaluation and research experimental results. Valve resistance coefficients are defined, based on the algorithm. The paper presents the original method for defining resistance coefficients and resistance of similar pneumatic valves which are within the range as well as out of the range of valve diameters treated in the experiment. Qualitative evaluation of the method and the obtained models was carried out on the basis of numerical values of coefficients of multiple and partial correlation.
